Summer Camp
9 years - 12 years
old
This unique summer camp option offers yoga, fun movement, mindfulness games, and simple arts & crafts for campers aged 9-12 years old. It’s designed to engage your children in developing new skills while exploring themselves and their surroundings.

8:15 - 8:30 - sharing circle
8:40 - 9:10 - Yogisays
9:15 - 9:30 - hula hooping!
9:35 - 9:50 - give them time to settle then, breathing
9:55 - 10:00/10:05 - meditation

10:10 - 10:25 -snack (Laurie comes in Bridget leaves)
10:30 - 10:35- clean up
10:40 - 11:15- YOGA
11:20 - 11:50 - simple arts & crafts
11:50 - 12:00 pick up window

Welcome to Yoga & More! This 5 week series is an introduction to yoga and guided meditations, as well as arts and crafts, games, stories, and community building activities to help your child relax and connect with others.

Youth Yoga
6th through 9th graders
Our youth yoga program is designed specifically for middle school kids to Freshman in high school , providing a fun and safe environment for them to learn and practice yoga. Our experienced instructors use age-appropriate techniques to help children improve their overall well-being.

This is a 5 week series for yoga and guided meditations formulated for 6th through 9th graders.

Teen Yoga
13+ years old
With the hustle and bustle of high school life, sometimes our teens need a healthy way to decompress. Teen yoga is not only a great way to supplement sports but, also to promote overall mental health and wellbeing. With guided meditation, breathwork, and asana (yoga exercises), yoga is perfect for young adults.

Teenagers can join our regularly scheduled yoga sessions. Participants must be at least 13 years-old.
