HATHA
Stretch, Strength, & Breathe
Hatha Yoga is slower paced, making it easy to follow along for any level yogi. Expect to hold postures longer (5-10 deep breaths). There will be an emphasis on getting into deep stretches and building strength. During class, we will work towards back-bending, deep hip opening, arm balances, and/or inversions. At the end of class, expect to practice breathing techniques. Bring a towel, water, and prepare to sweat. Pistachio Yoga offers this class to all levels. Welcome beginners, advanced yogis, and everyone in between!
HATHA/VINYASA
Linking Breath to Movement
YIN + RESTORATIVE
Aligning With Yourself
These classes offer a much-needed break from the stress and speed of everyday life. Grab a mat and relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centered and renewed. In yin yoga, expect a slow-paced more passive flow, allowing you to focus on breath, alignment, and feel good vibes. In Restorative Yoga, the hour is spent with just a handful of supported postures using many props that will help the practitioner to fully relax the muscles, calm the nervous system, bring ease to the breath, and maybe even help shift one's mood.
SUNRISE FLOW

The Vinyasa practice is very grounding, creating strength. It also encourages fluidity in the body and mind. Our Vinyasa yoga classes are open to all levels.
